Competitor tracking
See which firms advertise on every tort and in every state
Ad activity collected daily from Meta, Google and YouTube, plus paid search, organic search results and the landing pages firms stand up for each tort, grouped to the firm behind each brand.

What competitor tracking answers
Whether you are entering a two-firm race or a twelve-firm one, before the budget is committed.
How crowded is this tort?
Every tort dossier opens its Competition view with the count of advertisers, the ads running now, and the change over the period you pick.
- Advertisers and running ads over 1, 3, 6 or 12 months
- How many are law firms buying direct
- Arrivals and departures, reconciled to the count

Who is behind the ads?
Brands, pages and domains are grouped to the company behind them, and each advertiser is classified, so one firm running ten brands counts once.
- Law firm, lead-gen, arbitrage or unclassified
- Lead generation companies are counted, because they buy the same media
- See the other torts each advertiser runs on
Advertising channels LMI collects
- Meta ads
- Google ads
- YouTube ads
- Paid search
- Organic search results
- New tort landing pages
Each platform is counted in its own unit. LMI shows observed activity, not estimated spend.
What are they running?
Open the ads and the landing pages themselves, not just a count, and see the new landing pages firms stand up for each tort.
- Ad creative you can open from the dossier, not just a count
- New tort landing pages found in search results
- Paid and organic search placements for tort searches
Open from any tort's Competition view
- Ad creative
- New landing pages
- Paid search placements
- Organic search rankings
- Other torts per advertiser
Every list shows when its data was last collected.
Is my market saturated?
State dossiers measure advertiser presence market by market, so you can see where competition is thin before you buy.
- Observed advertisers per state and market
- Competition weighed against crash and injury volume
- The inputs shown, so the call can be checked

Questions about competitor tracking
Does LMI estimate how much competitors spend?
No. LMI records observed advertising activity on each platform: active ads, search appearances, landing pages. It does not estimate spend or impressions, and it does not add counts from different platforms together, because they measure different things.
Which platforms are covered?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google ads, YouTube ads, paid search, organic search results and tort landing pages. TikTok has no U.S. ad library, so LMI does not show TikTok ads.
How often is it updated?
Advertising sources are collected daily, and every view shows when its data was last collected.
Are lead generation companies included?
Yes. Lead buyers advertise for the same cases on the same platforms, so they are counted as advertisers and labelled as lead-gen or arbitrage, separately from law firms.
