For TV, radio and digital media sales teams

Arm your sellers with legal vertical intelligence

Every station and platform brings plaintiff firms the same rate card. LMI gives your team the litigation, injury and competitor data to stand apart, bring media plans backed by the firm's own market, and become the partner they call when a new tort breaks.

From media vendor to valued partner

Law firms keep the media partners who help them win cases. LMI gives your sellers the legal vertical knowledge to earn that seat: the case for your market in the firm's own terms, and a reason to call between flights.

Which torts are heating up?

The Torts Board tracks every mass tort LMI covers: how many cases are pending, how fast that number is moving, and which torts are new.

  • Pending actions per MDL from the JPML report, with a 12-month trend
  • Torts gaining cases this quarter, and torts winding down
  • A dossier per tort, so you can speak to the case criteria

Why should they buy my market?

State dossiers break crashes, serious injuries and other incidents down by county and map them to DMAs, so you can show what your market produces.

  • Fatal crashes and serious-injury records per county
  • Nursing homes, workplace injuries and pipeline incidents on the same map
  • Legal climate and judicial profile for each county

Which firms should I call?

See which law firms and lead buyers already advertise on each tort and in each state, platform by platform, grouped to the firm behind each brand.

  • Who is active in your state on Meta, Google, YouTube and search
  • Saturation per market: a crowded market and an open one sell differently
  • Their ads and landing pages, so you know what they are already saying

Advertising channels LMI collects

  • Meta ads
  • Google ads
  • YouTube ads
  • Paid search
  • Organic search results
  • New tort landing pages

Each platform is counted in its own unit. LMI shows observed activity, not estimated spend.

How do I bring a data-backed media plan?

Strategy Advisor turns a tort, a budget and the cost per case the firm needs to hit into a plan argued from data, ready to export to PowerPoint.

  • Where to play county by county, and who the firm is up against there
  • How the tort's audience uses search, social, podcasts, streaming TV, radio and linear TV, with sources
  • The budget split across channels and funnel stages, each call marked as measured or inferred

How do we stay their partner after the sale?

Follow the torts and markets your law firm clients care about, and LMI tells you when something changes, so your sellers bring news to the client before the client brings it to them.

  • Torts gaining or losing cases, and new torts as litigation emerges
  • Litigation developments, verdicts and settlements as they break
  • Local verdicts and injury news in each state dossier, and a weekly email digest of what you follow

Can we offer it under our own brand?

Give your law firm clients LMI as your own product: your station or network brand on every screen, on your subdomain, in a workspace you manage. It keeps your name in front of the client every week.

  • Your logo, colors, fonts and product name
  • A dedicated workspace with its own user management and invitations
  • Tort dossiers, state dossiers and market signals included
  • Configuration, DNS and onboarding handled for you

How media sellers use it

  1. Step 1

    Know the market

Open your state dossier: what your counties produce, which torts are active there, and who already advertises.

  2. Step 2

    Pick the targets

Find the firms and torts where your audience and your market fit, and where competition is still thin.

  3. Step 3

    Bring the plan

Build a data-backed media plan in Strategy Advisor, export it to PowerPoint, and make the pitch about their cases, not your rates.

Questions media sellers ask

What does LMI do for a media seller?

LMI gives your sellers legal vertical intelligence the competition does not have: which mass torts are gaining cases, which law firms and lead buyers already advertise in your market, the injury, crash and legal-climate data for your counties and DMA, and media plans built from that data. You walk into a plaintiff firm or its agency with their problem, not a rate card.

How does LMI help us keep law firm clients?

It gives your sellers a reason to call that is not a renewal: a tort gaining cases, a new verdict in the client's state, a market where competition just got thinner. Follow the torts and states your clients work, and LMI alerts you when they change.

Can we offer LMI to our law firm clients under our own brand?

Yes. A white-label workspace carries your logo, colors, fonts and product name on every screen, on your own subdomain, with its own user management and invitations. We handle configuration, DNS and onboarding.

Can our sellers build media plans in LMI?

Yes. Strategy Advisor turns a tort, a budget and a target cost per case into a plan: where to play, who the firm is up against, how the tort's audience uses media, and how the budget splits across channels. Plans export to PowerPoint for the pitch.

Does LMI help sell attorney TV and radio advertising?

Yes. It shows your sellers which torts and markets a law firm should be buying, how the tort's audience uses TV, radio and streaming, and which firms already advertise in your DMA, so the pitch for attorney TV advertising starts from the firm's own cases.

Does it work by DMA?

Yes. County-level injury, crash and legal-climate data are mapped to Nielsen DMAs, across 210 media markets, so you can show a firm what your market produces.

Where does the data come from?

29 live data feeds, including the Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency, YouTube ads, paid and organic search results, the JPML pending-actions report, federal court dockets, legal news, FDA adverse event and recall data, CPSC recalls, OSHA injury reports, PHMSA pipeline incidents and NOAA storm events, plus federal crash fatality and census data.

Does LMI estimate how much law firms spend on advertising?

No. LMI records observed advertising activity on each platform: active ads, search appearances, landing pages. It does not estimate spend or impressions, and it does not add counts from different platforms together, because they measure different things.

Which torts and states are covered?

30 mass torts on the Torts Board, 28 of them with a full dossier, and all 50 states plus DC with a state dossier down to 3,145 counties.

Is any of this legal advice?

No. LMI is marketing and case-acquisition intelligence built from public sources, linked to those sources.
