MDL tracker
Every MDL's pending actions, trend and momentum
A live MDL list built from the JPML pending-actions report, with every docket's count, trend and momentum. Rapidly growing dockets signal rising plaintiff awareness: the window to launch before saturation drives up cost per lead.

What the MDL tracker answers
Which MDLs are growing?
Top movers and decliners rank every MDL by the change in pending actions between JPML reports, by count or by percent.
- Month-over-month and 3, 6 and 12-month change
- Declines read as claims resolving or consolidating
- New dockets flagged in the report they first appear

How does it tie to the torts we market?
The Torts Board maps MDLs to the mass torts they belong to, with a 12-month trend for each, so docket growth reads as a marketing signal.
- MDL number, stage and pending actions per tort
- Active MDL, emerging and winding-down torts told apart
- One click into the tort's full dossier

What is happening inside the docket?
Each tort dossier's Litigation view shows the docket in detail: transferee judge, master docket, leadership, and the settlement record.
- Master docket linked to CourtListener
- Plaintiffs' leadership from the court record
- Litigation developments as they break
