For legal marketing agencies
Defend every legal media plan with evidence
Your client asks why this market and why now. LMI gives you the litigation, injury and competitor data behind the recommendation, so the plan survives the meeting and the renewal.

The questions every client meeting turns on
Answer them with sourced data instead of a hunch, and keep the answer when the client pushes back.
Which torts should we bring to clients?
The Torts Board shows which mass torts gained or lost cases this quarter, which are new, and which are winding down, across every tort LMI tracks.
- Change in pending actions per tort from the JPML report
- Emerging torts flagged before they reach an MDL
- A dossier per tort with qualifying criteria and litigation developments

Where should the client's budget go?
State dossiers for all 50 states and DC rank markets on crash, injury and competition data, down to 3,145 counties and 210 media markets.
- Legal climate and judicial profile, county by county
- Fatal crashes, serious injuries and other incident data per county
- Markets ranked with every input shown, so the ranking can be checked

Who is the client up against?
See which firms and lead buyers already advertise on the client's torts and in their states, platform by platform, grouped to the firm behind each brand.
- Saturation per market, so you can show where competition is thin
- The ads and landing pages competitors are running
- Advertisers grouped across their brands and domains
Advertising channels LMI collects
- Meta ads
- Google ads
- YouTube ads
- Paid search
- Organic search results
- New tort landing pages
Each platform is counted in its own unit. LMI shows observed activity, not estimated spend.
Can we run it under our own brand?
Offer LMI to your clients as your own product: your brand on every screen, on your subdomain, in a workspace you manage.
- Your logo, colors, fonts and product name
- A dedicated workspace with its own user management and invitations
- Tort dossiers, state dossiers and market signals included
- Configuration, DNS and onboarding handled for you

How agencies use it
- Step 1
Find the angle
Start from the Torts Board and the state dossiers: what is gaining cases, where injuries happen, where competition is thin.
- Step 2
Build the plan
Strategy Advisor turns a tort, a budget and a target cost per case into markets, competitors and a channel split.
- Step 3
Defend it
Every recommendation carries its sources and shows which parts are measured and which are inferred.
Questions agencies ask
What does LMI do for a legal marketing agency?
LMI gives your team the evidence behind every recommendation you make to a plaintiff firm: which torts are gaining cases, which states and markets to buy, who else is advertising there, and how a budget should split across channels. Each recommendation shows its sources, so the plan holds up in front of the client.
Can we offer LMI to clients under our own brand?
Yes. A white-label workspace carries your logo, colors, fonts and product name on every screen, on your own subdomain, with its own user management and invitations. We handle configuration, DNS and onboarding.
Where does the data come from?
29 live data feeds, including the Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency, YouTube ads, paid and organic search results, the JPML pending-actions report, federal court dockets, legal news, FDA adverse event and recall data, CPSC recalls, OSHA injury reports, PHMSA pipeline incidents and NOAA storm events, plus federal crash fatality and census data.
Does LMI estimate how much law firms spend on advertising?
No. LMI records observed advertising activity on each platform: active ads, search appearances, landing pages. It does not estimate spend or impressions, and it does not add counts from different platforms together, because they measure different things.
Which torts and states are covered?
30 mass torts on the Torts Board, 28 of them with a full dossier, and all 50 states plus DC with a state dossier down to 3,145 counties and 210 media markets.
How is agency pricing handled?
Plans are on the pricing page. Agency teams and white-label workspaces are arranged directly, so book a demo to talk it through.
