For personal injury and mass tort lawyers
Law firm marketing intelligence for PI and mass tort lawyers
Know which torts are still worth pursuing, which markets you can win, and who is already buying them, before you commit your legal advertising budget. Every recommendation shows the evidence behind it.

The four calls that decide a case-acquisition budget
Each one usually gets made on instinct and a vendor's pitch. LMI puts the evidence in front of you first.
Is this tort still worth pursuing?
The Torts Board tracks every mass tort LMI covers: where it stands, how fast new cases are being filed, and what changed this quarter.
- Pending actions per MDL from the JPML report, with a 12-month trend
- Stage at a glance: active MDL, emerging or winding down
- A full dossier per tort: case summary, qualifying criteria, litigation developments

Where should we advertise?
A research file for each of the 51 states and DC tells you which markets to lead with and why, down to the county.
- Case mix the state produces and its legal climate, county by county
- Markets ranked on crash, injury and competition data, with the inputs shown
- An incident map of fatal crashes, nursing homes, workplace injuries and pipeline incidents

Who are we up against?
See which firms and lead buyers are already advertising on your torts and in your states, platform by platform, and whether a market is a two-firm race or a twelve-firm one.
- Advertisers grouped to the firm behind them, across their brands and domains
- Saturation per market, so you can see where competition is still thin
- The ads and landing pages themselves, not just a count
Advertising channels LMI collects
- Meta ads
- Google ads
- YouTube ads
- Paid search
- Organic search results
- New tort landing pages
Each platform is counted in its own unit. LMI shows observed activity, not estimated spend.
How should we split the budget?
Strategy Advisor turns a tort, a budget and the cost per case you need to hit into a media plan argued from your own data.
- Where to play, county by county, and who you will be up against there
- How the budget splits across channels and funnel stages
- Every recommendation marked as measured or inferred
You bring
A tort, a budget, a target cost per case.
You get
Where to play, who you are up against, where the white space is, and the channel and funnel split, each with the depth of evidence behind it.

Questions firms ask
What does LMI do for a plaintiff law firm?
LMI tells you which mass torts are still worth pursuing, which states and markets to advertise in, and who is already advertising there. It joins advertising activity with litigation, news and federal injury data into a dossier for every tort it tracks and a research file for every state.
Is LMI a law firm marketing agency?
No. LMI is the data behind the marketing decisions: which cases to pursue, where to advertise and who you are up against. Firms use it on their own or alongside their agency, and many agencies use it to plan for their law firm clients.
Where does the data come from?
29 live data feeds, including the Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency, YouTube ads, paid and organic search results, the JPML pending-actions report, federal court dockets, legal news, FDA adverse event and recall data, CPSC recalls, OSHA injury reports, PHMSA pipeline incidents and NOAA storm events, plus federal crash fatality and census data.
Does LMI estimate how much other firms spend on advertising?
No. LMI records observed advertising activity on each platform: active ads, search appearances, landing pages. It does not estimate spend or impressions, and it does not add counts from different platforms together, because they measure different things.
How current is it?
Advertising sources are collected daily. Litigation data follows its source: the JPML report is monthly and docket, news and recall feeds update as they publish. Every dossier shows when each of its sources was last updated.
Which torts and states are covered?
30 mass torts on the Torts Board, 28 of them with a full dossier, and all 50 states plus DC with a state dossier down to 3,145 counties and 210 media markets. New torts are added as litigation emerges.
Is any of this legal advice?
No. LMI is marketing and case-acquisition intelligence. Qualification criteria and litigation status are summaries of public sources, linked to those sources, for your marketing decisions.
